Immaculate Conception Marian Prayer Program

Since 1979, the Knights of Columbus have sponsored Marian Prayer Programs; every two years, a new depiction of Our Lady is chosen, and each State receives a blessed copy of that image.
The image for 2013 and 2014 is Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception as depicted above the main altar of the Cathedral of Notre Dame in Quebec. The Basilica-Cathedral of Notre Dame de Quebec is celebrating its 350th anniversary this year. When it was established in 1664, the Diocese of Quebec covered most of what is today Canada and the United States. So in a sense, the Cathedral of Notre Dame de Quebec is the mother church of North America. This image of the Immaculate Conception has been touring Minnesota since August 2013. It recently arrived in District 56, and will be with us for the month of July at all the scheduled Rosary locations:
July 6 – Saint Columba, 1327 Lafond Ave, St Paul, MN 55104
July 13 – Saint Mary, 261 8th St East, Saint Paul, MN 55101
July 20 – Nativity of Our Lord, 324 Prior Ave S, St Paul, MN 55105
July 27 – Saint Agnes, 535 Thomas Ave. | Saint Paul, Minnesota 55103
